# Phase 1 Completion Report — P0 restoration

Date: 2026-09-29. Status: implementation and the listed regression checks completed; **awaiting user acceptance**. P1 and P2 were not started. This is evidence for the tested behavior, not a production/security certification or a claim that every legacy execution-engine setting is operational.

## 1. Completed scope
Shared staff Admin Portal, Turkish CRM shell, tenant/RBAC/audit foundation, and restoration of detailed Trading Manager workflows. Original Account Trading/Personal Details/Edit Trading/Zero Balance, Trading Terms and bulk instrument-policy components, and Settings form are reused with scoped data instead of mock controllers.

## 2. Database changes
Existing CRM collections: crm_tenants, crm_users, crm_sessions, crm_client_permissions, crm_leads, crm_audit_logs. Manager extensions: crm_manager_settings, crm_instrument_policies, crm_trading_terms, crm_account_groups, crm_manager_controls, crm_holidays, crm_financial_operations; owned clients/orders/positions/transactions/trade_accounts retain tenant IDs. Shared 740-instrument catalog is normalized on read, not rewritten for a tenant. Legacy symbol-only records receive deterministic public IDs; lot_size maps to contract_size.

## 3. Role and permission matrix
| Role | CRM | Trading Manager | Staff administration |
|---|---|---|---|
| ADMIN/MainAdmin | Tenant-wide | Tenant-wide reviewed functions | Yes, own tenant only |
| MANAGER | CRM business administrator | Explicit grants | No |
| OPERATION | Explicit granular grants | Explicit granular grants | No |
| SALES | Assigned leads/basic client scope | Denied | No |
| RETENTION | Assigned-client scope | Explicit grants, assigned clients only | No |
The current Manager UI exposes 37 granular keys. A 38th legacy-import key is reserved for the configured bootstrap MainAdmin. Current operation catalog remains separate. No ordinary role can promote itself to MainAdmin.

## 4. Tenant isolation
Request-resolved tenant and assigned-client scope apply to lists, details, mutations, reports and policy overlays. Cross-tenant IDs and conflicting client_id/customer_id ownership are denied. Existing untagged live clients are not silently migrated. Reviewed mapping remains a user decision.

## 5. Authentication and session boundaries
Shared persisted staff session across CRM/Manager; Secure HttpOnly cookies, CSRF/Origin checks, hashed passwords, refresh rotation/replay protection and active-user/tenant checks. Legacy Manager/Trader JWTs do not substitute for staff cookies. Final browser check removed only the access cookie, navigated to Settings and verified refresh recovery without re-login.

## 6. Staff creation and permission lifecycle
Only MainAdmin creates/manages staff or changes their roles and grants. Grant/revoke changes are checked against current DB state. Operation accounts.view grant/revoke regression passed; its fixture grants were restored to the documented baseline after testing.

## 7. Audit immutability and integrity
Application audit API has no editable/deletable bypass, including MainAdmin; records use HMAC integrity, actor, tenant, IP/agent, request ID and signed timestamps. Earlier Phase1 audit tests remain the foundation evidence; restoration actions create additional audit events and preserve them during cleanup. DB-superuser/WORM immutability and crash-atomic business/audit transactions are not claimed.

## 8. Account details and personal data
Restored original Trading / Personal Details / Security account tabs, state/trading terms/leverage/tradability settings, and eight financial summary fields. Personal and trading edits were saved and reopened in browser tests. Scoped account creation, KYC, balance guards and archive behavior were exercised; archival preserves history rather than forcibly deleting positions.

## 9. Financial account tools
Deposit, withdrawal, Credit In/Out, zero balance and margin recalculation use real scoped APIs. Verified insufficient-funds denial, request-key retry behavior, replay payload conflict checks, balance/credit reset and open-position zero-balance guard. Browser confirmation requires typing ZERO; resulting balance and credit were checked. Linked trade-account balances are synchronized.

## 10. Orders and positions
Market and pending creation, pending edit/cancel, open/closed position editing, close/reopen, bulk actions and closed-position archival are available. Tests exercised buy/sell P&L, contract sizes, commission, balance/margin updates and duplicate close prevention. Automatic monitor now skips malformed/mixed-owner rows and uses tenant-qualified ownership/claims.

## 11. Automatic settlement evidence
Final external-API test created a disposable EURUSD position at an **explicit test entry price**, then let automatic take-profit close it. Contract size100000, P&L84.20, final balance1084.20 from1000, margin0 and exactly one P&L ledger entry were asserted. Client was zeroed and archived afterward; audit/history retained. This is not exchange execution or real-market pricing certification.

## 12. Instruments and trading terms
Original detailed Trading Terms editor saves general/trading policies; original section-enabled instrument editor saves only selected policy sections. Fixed/Per Lot fee labels map to API values, with distinct long/short fees. Single EURUSD spread saved and persisted; a full 740-instrument bulk update returned updated=740 in a disposable term, then that term and its overlays were removed. Shared catalog and other tenant policies remain separate.

## 13. Account security and permission groups
WebTrader account flags, scoped group CRUD/assignment, password reset, one-time returned hashed API token and revocation are wired. Password-reset regression rejected the old Trader JWT at /api/trader/auth/me. Group creation/deletion additionally passed through the final browser flow. API token must be explicitly enabled in account permissions.

## 14. Settings, sessions and holidays
Original Settings form now loads/saves tenant-scoped values (final browser PUT200). Session/market/instrument halt controls and holiday CRUD use scoped APIs. Final browser holiday create/delete returned200. Calendar/session APIs do not imply external exchange connectivity.

## 15. Reports and journal
Real scoped records, filters/search, totals, sorting, column controls and CSV exports replace local success-only actions. Final browser downloaded report-accounts.csv and journal.csv. Record-denial and Retention scope are enforced server-side rather than relying on hidden navigation.

## 16. Turkish shell and responsive UI
Turkish CRM and portal labels retained; original Manager wording retained inside reused detailed forms. Populated long-name account and instrument-policy dialogs passed desktop1920x800 and mobile390x844 checks with no horizontal overflow. Existing five-role browser evidence and refreshed Sales denial remain valid. Not every page was reverified at every intermediate viewport width.

## 17. APIs and denial contract
Manager routes use /api/crm/manager/* and explicitly mapped grants; no elevated legacy token is issued. 401 = invalid session, 403 = missing permission, 404 = absent/cross-scope object, 422 = invalid or protected payload. These distinctions prevent enumeration and are deliberate. Live-financials omits positions without positions.view.

## 18. Tests and evidence
- Foundation: test_reports/iteration_19.json through iteration_23.json, with older failures superseded by later evidence.
- Restoration: iteration_24.json, 12 backend workflow groups passed; UI findings subsequently addressed.
- Critical regressions: iteration_25.json, 7 targeted backend tests passed; browser account actions and summary hooks completed.
- Final self-verification: iteration_26.json, actual policy/settings/CSV/group/holiday/session-refresh actions, full-catalog bulk save, automatic settlement and responsive checks. No unsupported aggregate percentage is claimed.
- Python compilation and optimized React build passed. Build retains existing nonblocking browsers-data/disabled-ESLint warnings.

## 19. Preserved boundaries and known limitations
No server.py refactor; only targeted inline trading-monitor corrections. No automatic live-client tenant migration, new external integration or Phase2 work. Economic Calendar remains **MOCKED**; virtual-price tool is **SIMULATION ONLY** and does not mutate real accounts. TwelveData429 can cause stale/fallback quotes; guaranteed live freshness is not claimed. Exchange routing is unconnected/disabled in scoped policy editor. Legacy execution-delay/requote controls were not exposed as working tenant functions. Stored risk-policy fields do not constitute proof of every automated margin/rollover behavior. Financial crash recovery, cross-tab refresh races and independent production hardening remain separate follow-up verification, not certification achieved here.

## 20. Approval gate / next action
User should review restored Manager account/policy/settings/report workflows and this Phase1 evidence. **Wait for explicit acceptance before beginning Phase2.** Callback email (P1), Lead Management and later CRM phases (P2) remain deferred. Suggested future enhancement: reusable permission presets with a before/after access preview.
